These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkr7 governing your use of the platform, including all betting, casino, payment, and account services.

All pkr7 account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and supported banks are processed according to the cashier terms below.
All promotional bonuses offered by pkr7 are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonuses not meeting these requirements before the expiry date will be forfeited without conversion to withdrawable funds.

pkr7 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. pkr7 reserves the right to modify the list of supported payment methods at any time.
pkr7 is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. All transactions are monitored. pkr7 reserves the right to flag, hold, or report transactions that exhibit characteristics associated with money laundering or other financial crime. Funds deposited must represent legitimately sourced personal funds.
All bets placed on pkr7 are subject to the specific rules published for each sport or game type within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.
pkr7 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving technical errors in odds, manifest pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a confirmation reference is issued by the Platform.
Cricket betting, including Pakistan Super League markets, is subject to the Cricket Betting Rules published within the Platform. In-play bets are accepted during live matches until the relevant betting market is suspended. pkr7 may suspend markets at any time at its discretion, including during periods of technical disruption to the data feed.
Live casino games are operated by third-party game providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Playtech. The rules of each individual game, including house edge disclosures, are available within the game interface. pkr7 is not liable for disconnections or interruptions during live casino sessions caused by the User's internet connection.

pkr7 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
pkr7's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkr7 collects, uses, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pkr7 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, pkr7 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to User breach (e.g., market withdrawal from a jurisdiction), pkr7 will return the verified account balance to the User via the last used payment method.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting pkr7 support. Any pending bets or bonuses at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the applicable game and promotion rules.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr7 operates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
